The series of shows include the Antonio Adolfo and Hendrik Meurkens Quartet at Jazz at Kitano, Antonio Adolfo and Hendrik Meurkens, with special guest vocalist Carol Saboya at Trumpets (NJ), Antonio Adolfo, Hendrik Meurkens and Carol Saboya at Somers Point Jazz Society (NJ), Carol Saboya with special guests Antonio Adolfo and Hendrik Meurkens at Zinc Bar.
All the above shows had the participation of Itaiguara Brandão (bass) and Adriano Santos (drums).
CD Release Show at Michiko Performance Room (CD Rio, Choro, Jazz...), with the participation of Paul Nowinski (double bass), Rafael Barata (drums) and Laura Dreyer (soprano and tenor saxes and flute).
Workshops at Michiko Studios (W. 46th St, NYC), by Rafael Barata (Brazilian concepts for the drumset) and Antonio Adolfo (Phrasing in Brazilian Music) were also presented.
A new CD recording by Carol Saboya, Antonio Adolfo and Hendrik Meurkens was part of the activities during the busy month in NYC.

Antonio Adolfo will receive the awards (together with Hendrik Meurkens) for the Best Show presented in 2013 in the US. Also Antonio will receive another very important awards: Lifetime Achievement/. The ceremony will take place in the Amaturo Theatre (Broward Center), Fort Lauderdale, USA, on May 3rd.
